Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

Catalora subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not generate a refund for the current period.

2. Pro-rata refunds

If we materially fail to provide the Services for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours of unplanned downtime), we will, on request, issue a pro-rata service credit for the affected period.

3. Annual plans

Annual plans cancelled within 14 days of initial purchase are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you retain access through the end of the prepaid term.

4. Taxes

Refunds exclude any non-recoverable taxes, duties, or payment processor fees.
