Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of Catalora's Services. By using the Services you agree not to engage in any of the prohibited conduct below.
1. Prohibited conduct
- Violating any law, regulation, or third-party rights, including Amazon's policies and terms.
- Accessing data, accounts, or systems you are not authorized to access.
- Sharing Login with Amazon credentials or attempting to bypass OAuth.
- Using the Services to manipulate marketplace activity (fake reviews, search-rank manipulation, brand abuse).
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the Services.
- Sending malware, conducting denial-of-service attacks, or scanning the Services without authorization.
- Excessively polling the SP-API in ways that violate Amazon's rate limits.
- Using the Services to process Personal Data unlawfully or without a valid lawful basis.
- Reselling or sublicensing the Services without our written consent.
2. Security obligations
You must keep credentials confidential, enable MFA where offered, and promptly notify us of any suspected security incident at jasean.mgmt@gmail.com.
3. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, with or without notice, and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
4. Reporting abuse
Report suspected misuse to jasean.mgmt@gmail.com.
