This Privacy Policy explains how JG INTL TRADE LLC (dba Catalora) ("Catalora", "we") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our website and services (the "Services").

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email, company, role, and password hash.
  • Billing information: processed by our payment provider; we store the last four digits and billing address.
  • Amazon SP-API data: with your authorization, we access selling-account data such as catalog listings, inventory, orders, and account-health metrics through the official Selling Partner API.
  • Usage data: log data, IP address, device, and product interactions.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • To authenticate users, prevent fraud, and secure our systems.
  • To communicate with you about your account, security, and product updates.
  • To comply with legal obligations and Amazon developer requirements.

3. Amazon Information

Catalora handles Amazon Information (including PII obtained via SP-API) in accordance with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy. We:

  • Use Amazon Information only to provide the Services to the seller it relates to.
  • Do not sell, share, or transfer Amazon Information to unauthorized third parties.
  • Encrypt Amazon Information at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
  • Restrict access on a least-privilege basis and log all PII access.
  • Delete Amazon Information within 30 days of account disconnection or upon request, except where retention is required by law.

4. Sharing

We share information only with vetted service providers (cloud hosting, payment processing, error monitoring) under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. We may disclose information when legally required.

5. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, port, restrict, or delete your personal information. Contact jasean.mgmt@gmail.com.

7. International transfers

We process data in the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for cross-border transfers.

8. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

9. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified via email or in-product notice.
